Why hire a professional service?
People hire a professional service for three main reasons. They may not have the time, they may have health restrictions that prevent them from doing the job, and others may not like doing the job.
How do I get started?
Most of our customers prefer our service once a week. A one time only service schedule is available. We also offer Bi-weekly and monthly services as well. Do I have to sign a contract?
No! Your services can be started or stopped with just a phone call.
Do I have to be home for the service?
No, although for your first visit we recommend that you meet with us. This will allow us to become acquainted with you and your pet (s). It also allows us to establish a relationship with your pet before entering your yard. This will be beneficial for your pet (s), as well as our employees.
Can my dog be left in the yard during service?
Yes, depending on your pet (s) temperament we don't mind if they don't.
What happens if it snows or rains?
We work in most weather, but snow or very cold weather can sometimes be unpredictable. If there is more than a 1/2 inch of snow, we will postpone that days service until the next day or two while the snow melts away. If there is excessive snow fall preventing us from providing your service that week, no charges will be assessed.
How can I surprise my friends and family with your unique service?
We offer Tidy Pup Gift Certificates. Our Gift Certificates come in one month increments and if your friends or family decide to hire Tidy Pup, they will receive their first visit FREE.
How do I pay?
For our regular weekly customer’s Tidy Pup sends a statement in the mail at the end of each month. All payments for one time service are due upon completion. |
